1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing the Neurivex Group website (neurivexgroup.com) or subscribing to our EduTech or ERP solutions software catalogs, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Software Licensing & SLAs

All software modules, class analytics templates, and custom REST APIs developed by Neurivex are provided under subscription or tailored commercial contract licenses. Uptime limits and support responses are governed strictly by your custom Service Level Agreement (SLA) matrix.

3. Database Integrity & Compliance

Subscribing institutions (such as schools using EduTech Result Managers) are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of grade entries and student registration details. Neurivex is not liable for administrative errors or grades computational faults resulting from incorrect raw data inputs.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from these services shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts of Yaoundé.
